The history of the Wayfers has never been publicily known until recently. Usually ignored by the other Tribes of the Minmatar Republic the Wayfarers lived out on the fringes of Minmatar space, held to slavery by the Amarr until the liberation of the Minmatar people.

Even after the establishing of the Republic the Wayfarers were still disregarded as an important part of Minmatar society despite being made up of several smaller, less significant tribes in Minmatar space.In the end they decided to leave their planets and took to flying throughout the stars.

No one really understands why this was done and none of the major tribes even cared, taking over those planets for themselves but regardless the Wayfarers established their own offices and stations in Minmatar space and decided to operate out of those instead only leaving planets for minor colonization and extraction of resources as and when needed.An accord was created between the tribes that substituted any formal constituional agreement between the tribal leaders.

This accord gave greater powers to tribal leaders and thus created their own insular society that revolved around working towards the benefit of the Sodality. Laws and regulations were devolved from a central powerbase and ditrbuted amongst the tribal leaders allowing them to regulate how they administrated orders.

Laws which covered the whole of the Sodality were known as Accord Law; unanimous agreements made by all tribal leaders allow for the Sodality to continue to operate cohesively and as a sub-group of the Minmatar Republic.
